The teacher orientation aimed to help foreign teachers in the bilingual program know more about the goal of this program and tried to answer foreign teachers' questions. In the first period, our coordinators talked about the highlights of the contract which explained all the important things that foreign teachers need to know in their contract with the school. Then, we are very lucky to have Judy Wu, who is the manager of the Foreign English Teacher Program in New Taipei City, to give us a wonderful lesson on "Having an Active Learning English Classroom". In the afternoon, Professor Chen Chao Ming taught us "EMI: Pedagogy& Practice," "Teaching subjects through English" and "Co-teaching." These three topics play vital roles in this program. The foreign teachers all had a wonderful time and fruitful event.
